I never know quite how to describe the experience of being invited into someone’s home to capture their first days with a new baby. It’s such a thrill and honor to be a part of such a special time. This session was especially dear because Mama is a good friend. I first photographed this family when big sister was about 6 months old. Now she’s running around full of energy at 2 and clearly loving her new role as a big sister. Sweet baby girl was perfect at 9 days old and seemed to love all the attention and snuggles.
